С помощью Notepad++ или аналогов по пути "C:\Users\Имя вашего профиля\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings\" создаем файл "User.cfg"

В файле пишем следующее:

Thread.ProcessorCount 12 Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12 Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0 Thread.JobThreadPriority 0

Сохраняем, устанавливаем атрибут только для чтения, тестируем

16 - число логических ядер, можно посмотреть во вкладке "Производительность" в диспетчере задач или на сайте производителя

Если этот файл будет создавать ошибку - количество ядер необходимо заменить на n-1, 11 в моем случае.
